Terms and Conditions – 98k Platform Rules & User Agreement

By accessing the 98k website at 98k.wine, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete registration.

These terms form the complete agreement between you and 98k in relation to your use of the platform. If there is any conflict between these terms and any other document on the site, these Terms and Conditions will take precedence. 98k reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are written in English and the English version is the legally binding version. Any translated versions are provided for convenience only and do not affect the meaning or application of the original English text.

To register and use 98k, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 98k is strictly an adult entertainment platform and underage gambling is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be a genuine individual and not a corporate entity, organisation or automated system.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and contact details.
• You must not already hold an existing account on 98k. Only one account per person is permitted.

98k may require identity verification at any point — during registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of an ongoing review. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you accept full responsibility for maintaining the accuracy of your account details. If any of your personal information changes, you must update your account promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 98k account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. 98k will never ask for your password by email, phone or chat.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or that results from your credentials being shared — is your responsibility. 98k is not liable for losses that arise from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login details. However, if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, report it immediately and 98k will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing the account.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or assign your 98k account to another person. Attempting to do so will result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any balance.

All deposits on 98k are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There are no currency conversions and no hidden fees applied by 98k to standard deposits. The following payment methods are supported:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed directly to your 98k balance
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits with fast processing
• Raast — SBP instant payment system for direct bank-to-platform transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfers in PKR
• Cards & Mobile Wallets — where available and subject to your card issuer's terms

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. 98k processes deposits promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and any verification steps required. Funds deposited by mistake or in error should be reported to support immediately — 98k will investigate but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.

You must only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's payment account is not permitted and may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever possible. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR. To request a withdrawal:

1. Navigate to the Withdrawal section in your account.
2. Select your preferred payment method and enter the amount.
3. Confirm the request. Depending on your account verification status, additional documentation may be required before the withdrawal is processed.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the Withdrawal section. 98k aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary based on the payment method and verification status. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals may take slightly longer depending on banking hours.

98k reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending identity verification, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, or where the account is under review. In such cases, 98k will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. You can only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your 98k account.

98k offers sports betting markets covering Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds are locked in for that bet.
• Live in-play betting: Live bets are subject to acceptance at current odds. In-play odds change rapidly and 98k does not guarantee that odds will remain available during network delays or congestion.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if it was placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error, if an event is cancelled or postponed, or if the market is closed early due to an unforeseen circumstance.
• Match abandonment: For cricket and other sports, if a match is abandoned before the required number of overs or time has elapsed, settlement rules specific to that market will apply. Details are available in the individual market rules.
• Maximum payouts: 98k applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and vary by sport and market.
• PSL and T20 coverage: PSL, international T20s and other high-volume cricket events are covered with pre-match and live betting markets. Settlement follows the official result declared by the relevant cricket board.

Any bet placed in error — such as a duplicate bet or a bet placed at the wrong stake — must be reported to support before the event starts. 98k will consider such requests but cannot guarantee cancellation once a bet has been accepted and confirmed.

Live Casino, Fish Games and Bingo on 98k are governed by the rules specific to each game. General principles that apply across all casino-style games include:

• All game outcomes are determined by the game software or, in the case of Live Casino, by real dealers operating under standard casino rules.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be settled based on the game state at the time of disconnection. If the outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• Technical malfunctions during a game round — such as server errors or software failures — may result in the round being voided. 98k will not be liable for losses arising from genuine technical failures.
• Fish Games: Bets are placed per shot. Players control the stake per shot and the type of weapon used. Winnings are credited instantly based on the fish caught and the multiplier applied.
• Bingo: Ticket purchases are final. Bingo rounds run on a fixed schedule and participation requires purchasing a ticket before the round begins.

98k does not operate any games that are not displayed in the platform's game library. If you encounter a game claiming to be part of 98k on an external site, do not use it and report it to our support team.

From time to time, 98k may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions or other incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be bet a certain number of times before it can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• One bonus per player: Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per player, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire after a set period if not used or wagered. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: 98k reserves the right to withdraw a bonus and void associated winnings if it believes a player is abusing the bonus system, using automated tools or acting in bad faith.
• No cash alternative: Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash unless the relevant wagering requirements have been met in full.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98k. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account under the same identity or using false identity information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy or other tool to disguise your location or identity for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions
• Allowing a minor to use your account or knowingly facilitating underage access to the platform
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 98k staff or other users through any communication channel
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or replicate any part of the 98k platform

If 98k identifies prohibited activity on an account, it will freeze the account, conduct an investigation and take appropriate action. This may include withholding funds for the duration of the investigation. 98k will cooperate with law enforcement agencies where required.

98k is an entertainment platform for adults and we take responsible gaming seriously. Gambling should be enjoyable. When it stops being enjoyable, it is important to have the tools and information to take control.

The following tools are available to all registered players on 98k:
